Shalindi Pandithakoralage
Clinical Supervisor
Shalindi is a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults in education, mental health care, and psychosocial support. She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MPhil in Clinical Psychology. Currently, she leads the Helping Hands Well-Being Centre at SLIIT, and provides clinical supervision to Emerge’s mental health professionals while overseeing their mental health programs. As a clinical supervisor at the University of Colombo, Shalindi has contributed significantly to the training and development of future psychologists. Committed to mental health promotion and enhancing emotional well-being, Shalindi focuses on personal and professional development and evidence-based practice while providing ethical guidance and emotional support to her team at Emerge. She believes that Emerge brings holistic and healing-centered values to the process of reintegration for young women and she utilizes her experience in mental health to enhance the proactive approach Emerge has pioneered in Sri Lanka.
